Dr. Khalid M Kadfoor Al-Mehairi is the Founder of Emirates Advocates & Legal Consultants in the UAE. He is the former Legal Adviser of the Ministry of Defense in the UAE for more than 25 years, during which time he occupied several leadership positions. He specializes in the International Trade and investment, Intellectual Property as well as Banking and Finance. His experience covers legislations and arbitration in the U.A.E and in the Middle East region and Europe. He is an active speaker in numerous conferences and universities both locally and internationally. He has authored and published more than 50 books to mention some:
